Water, Rice (22%), Salt, Acidity 4.5%.

Directions for use

To make sushi seasoning, cook 250g sushi rice and simply mix the seasoning into cooled rice:

3 tbsp of Rice Vinegar

2 tbsp of sugar*

1 tsp of salt*

Use 1 1/2 tbsp sugar and 3/4 tsp salt for a lighter taste.
