Returns & Refunds Policy (Food Products)

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all food and consumable items are non-returnable once dispatched.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Food and drink products
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened or used items
  • Products that have been exposed to temperature changes during transit

This is to ensure the safety and quality of all products we supply.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@greatbritishimports.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.

Non-Delivery / Shipping Issues

If your order does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist in opening an investigation where possible.

Returns (Non-Food Items Only)

For non-food items (if applicable), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
