Directions for use

Cooking Instructions:

Made in one roasting tray. Just add: 3-4 boneless chicken thighs, 1 red pepper, 1 red onion.

Preheat the oven to 210°C/190°C fan, mix the lemon and herb seasoning with the chicken thighs.

Slice the red pepper, red onion and arrange in a deep baking tray.

Mix the vegetable stock with 100ml of water, pour over the vegetables.

Place chicken thighs on top and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
