You will need: 300ml boiling water, 200g diced meat or meat alternative, a handful (80g) vegetables of your choice.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add diced protein and fry until cooked through.

Add vegetables and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add 300ml boiling water and the contents of the sachet into the pan.
