This blend of oyster, shiitake, and porcini mushrooms has been carefully selected and dried to give an intense, savoury flavour and aroma. Simply soak to rehydrate, then add to stir-fries, pasta dishes, and soups.

Oyster Mushrooms (40%), Shiitake Mushrooms (40%), Porcini Mushrooms (20%).

Directions for use

Serving suggestion: For a sweet and sticky mushroom bowl, fry chopped aubergine until soft then add the soaked and drained Mixed Mushrooms. Mix agave syrup, rice vinegar, lime juice, chilli, garlic and ginger with a splash of the soaking liquid then add to the pan and stir-fry until sticky. Pile into a bowl with rice noodles, fresh veg, crushed peanuts and coriander.

Preparation instructions:

To rehydrate, soak in 300ml of boiling water for 30 minutes then drain and cook in your favourite recipes. The soaking liquid can be used as a flavourful stock, however should be strained before use.
