Directions for use

The perfect cafetière coffee

1 For each cup, measure 15g* coffee and 250ml water.

2 Pour boiled water onto the coffee in your cafetière, stir, then replace the lid and leave for 4 minutes.

3 Stir after brewing and skim off any remaining floating coffee grinds and oils from the surface.

4 Stir again, plunge half way, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before pouring. Enjoy at fika time!
