From our family to yours since 1951 Yiannis, Theodosis & Loizos Katsouris Our story The Katsouris Brothers story began in the 1950s, when three brothers sold olives, olive oil and pulses at sun-drenched markets in Famagusta, Cyprus. Guided by a love of craft and uncompromising quality, they built lasting relationships with trusted local farmers. By the end of the decade, the brothers brought their Mediterranean food to the UK, settling in London while continuing to work with the same specialist producers - now family friends who helped shape their reputation.
