About the brand

We have been making our own broth's since 2015 and have slurped them down with every type of noodle we could get our hands on. After years of never being truly happy with the results, we began our own kitchen trials. It turns out the key to great noodles is simplicity & balance. So all you'll find in our Japanese-style soba' noodles is flour, water, and salt

Directions for use

Preparation instructions:

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil

Remove ties and add noodles to water

Cook for 5 minutes

Drain noodles and rinse with cold water
