For a deliciously comforting bowl of soup, just add hot water or transform simple dishes with miso marinades, dressings & glazes.

Directions for use

Miso'dressing [serves 2-4]

Whisk together 1 sachet miso'easy, 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil & 1 tsp maple syrup

Use to dress salads or pour over roasted veg

Miso'marinade [serves 2]

Whisk together 2 sachets miso easy, 20ml mirin & 1 tbsp light brown sugar

Coat veg or protein & leave to marinate for 30 mins
