Directions for use

Directions for Preparation:

In a pot, lightly fry 1 cup Gefen Israeli Couscous in 2 tablespoons of oil.

Add 1 1/4 cups water and season if desired.

Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let stand covered 5 minutes.

Fluff with a fork.
