Ingredients

Wheat Protein, Sugar, Milk Protein Concentrate, Soluble Maize Fibre, Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (5%), Milk Chocolate Chips (3.5%) (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (Lecithins)), Maize Starch, Raising Agents (Potassium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Flavouring.

Directions for use

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas mark 4. In a jug, mix the egg, milk & oil.

2 Place the Fuel10k chocolate muffin mix into a bowl, pour in the egg, milk and oil and gently mix. Whisk for 1 minute until smooth and creamy.

3 Spoon the mix evenly between 6 muffin cases. Bake in the centre of the oven for 16 to 18 minutes or until a skewer the centre of the muffins comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
