On remote, volcanic Islands, the cacao tree, with its flame-hued pods, is known affectionately as our 'Firetree.' Here, in nutrient-rich soils, the complex taste notes and long, lingering finish of the cocoa are born.
Firetree's single-estate cocoa beans are sourced directly from the farmer. The beans are carefully fermented and dried in the sun, then whole-roasted low and slow to release their natural flavours.
