Directions for use
How to make
In a small bowl add 100g of the Puff Puff Dough Mix and add 70ml of water (for every 500g of Puff Puff Mix add 350ml water) and stir well.
Stand aside for 15 mins.
Pour oil into a deep pan. The oil should be at least 3 inches deep. Let the oil heat up and scoop the batter into the oil with your hand. You can also use an ice cream scoop.
Flip the batter till it's golden brown.
Place on a kitchen towel to drain the excess oil.
