We use 100% specialty robusta sourced directly from our own farm and fellow smallholder farmers in uganda.

Our beans are then roasted to perfection in the UK by award-winning baristas, giving you coffee that is deliciously strong and surprisingly smooth, with a caffeine kick like no other.

Blue turaco founder, wycliffe, picked coffee as a young boy to pay for his food and school fees and now has his own coffee farm. He's seen first-hand how coffee can impact lives in its growing communities. The power dynamics in the coffee industry, creating a model where coffee truly pays for farming communities. We buy direct, cutting out up to 5 levels of middlemen. This allows us to pay up to 30% more than traditional routes.
