Directions for use

Pad Thai for 4

Sizzle: Cook the noodles according to pack instructions, then drain. In a hot pan, fry 300g of chicken until golden and cooked through. Crack in 2 eggs and scramble until just set.

Stir: Add 75g of bean sprouts, 2 sliced spring onions, and the cooked noodles. Pour over the jar of Pad Thai sauce and stir to coat.

Enjoy: Heat through until piping hot.
