Water, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Purée (5%), Minced Galangal (5%), Minced Lemongrass (5%), Modified Maize Starch, Soybean Paste (Water, Soya Beans, Rice, Salt), Salt, Yeast Extract, Concentrated Tamarind Pulp (2%), Onion Powder, Chilli Flakes (1.5%), Onion, Lime Leaves, Concentrated Lime Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Directions for use

For a tasty tom yum soup for two

Sizzle: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry 140 g of mushrooms for a few minutes. Add 300 g of prawns and fry for another minute.

Stir: Stir in 1/2 jar of paste and add 350ml of vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes.
