Demerara Sugar, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika (7%), Dried Onion, Ground Coriander, Dried Garlic, Ancho Chilli, Sweet Paprika, Paprika, Bay Leaves, Fennel Seeds, Oregano, Jalapeno Powder, Rapeseed Oil, Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide, Cayenne Pepper.
Directions for use
Method: Apply seasoning to moist protein/ veg and allow to marinate for 1 hour. Use 30-40g per 500g of protein/ veg depending on how much flavour you can take! Great with Chicken, Pork, Beef, Lamb or Vegetables. for making fajitas, big Tex Mex chilli & taco filling.
