Nashville was insane! We were nearly destroyed by their hot chicken but it inspired us to make a truly authentic seasoning that bangs!

Directions for use

Method: Apply seasoning to moist protein/veg with a light coating of oil before cooking. Use at around 30g for 500g meat depending on much flavour and heat you can take! Cook in the oven, air fryer or indirect on the BBQ for best results. Why not try mixing 20g of seasoning with 80g flour for a fried chicken coating!
