Directions for use

For traditional hand baking — makes up to 8 loaves. Dissolve 1 tsp of sugar in 150ml of warm water, sprinkle with 15g of yeast and whisk. Leave in a warm place until the surface is covered with froth. Whisk again and use immediately.
