Directions for use

For traditional hand baking

Makes up to 8 loaves

Dissolve 1tsp of sugar in 150ml of warm water

Sprinkle with 15g of yeast and whisk

Leave in a warm place until the surface is covered with froth

Whisk again and use immediately
