Directions for use

Greek style moussaka

1 Fry mince in 2 tbsp of olive oil until browned, 1 - add moussaka sauce and simmer for 20 mins.

2 Separately fry sliced aubergines until golden, 2 set aside. Boil sliced potatoes for 5 mins, drain.

3 In a dish, layer the meat sauce, potatoes, 3 aubergines and repeat twice. Pour an even layer of cheese sauce, sprinkle with cheddar.

4 Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 mins until golden and serve with a fresh Greek salad.
