Tomatoes (61%) (Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Ground Coriander, Chilli Powder, Salt, Turmeric, Ground Cumin, Garam Masala, Coriander Leaves, Fenugreek Leaves, Liquorice Root, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Cardamom Powder, Natural Flavouring.

Directions for use

Creating Your Bangin' Butter Chicken - Great with chicken, meat, fish or vegetables.

Prep: To make your Butter Chicken really special, marinate 500g diced chicken in 2 dessert spoons of the paste ideally for 1 hour or overnight.

Step 1: Grill the chicken under medium heat until thoroughly cooked.

Step 2: Empty the remaining jar contents into a pan, add 50 ml of water to the jar, replace lid, swirl around and add this to the pan. Stir in 100g double cream* and bring to the boil.

Step 3: Add the chicken and stir through until cooked and sauce reaches the desired consistency.

Finally, stir in 40-50 g of butter. Serve with rice, naan bread or chapatis - delicious!
